Anthony S. Adelson, Esq.
Anthony S. Adelson is the founder and managing attorney at F.L.A. Title Guaranty Agency.
Anthony was born in Montreal, Canada and raised in South Florida. He attended University of Florida, Florida International University, and Nova Southeastern School of Law. He has been a member in good standing of Florida Bar since 1994, and is a member of Federal Bar for the Southern District of Florida. Anthony is a title agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company.
In addition to providing title services through F.L.A. Title Guaranty Agency, Anthony is also the founder and managing attorney at the Adelson Law Firm, a practice that offers legal representation in commercial real estate transaction, estate planning, probate, trust administration, representation in all business matters, including mergers & acquisitions. Anthony has over 25 years of litigation experience and frequently consults on commercial litigation matters.
Anthony is the former president of the Hallandale Beach Chamber of Commerce, and currently sits on its executive board as Legal Counsel to the Chamber. Anthony is also the president of the Friends of the Hepburn Center, and president of the Hallandale Scholarship Fund. He was vice chair of the Hallandale Beach Charter Review Committee in 2022, and served for two years as a trustee and secretary of the Hallandale Beach Police and Fire Pension Board. Anthony was an Assistant Scoutmaster of Scout Troop 420 in Hollywood for many years, and remains involved in Souting. He has been an adjunct professor for Miami Dade College’s Legal Studies Program, and has served as lecturer for the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Society of Commercial Realtors, and the Broward County Condo & Coop Association.

Kira R. Lopez
Kira R. Lopez is the lead closer at F.L.A. Title Guaranty Agency.Kira has been a resident of South Florida since 1988. While working for a prominent real estate brokerage in the Hallandale Beach area, Kira earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Florida International University in 2003. She is also a Notary Public in the State of Florida, and is fluent in Spanish and English.
In 2009, Kira joined the Adelson Law Firm and helped to develop its real estate department, which led to the creation of F.L.A. title Guaranty Agency. Our title business has grown exponentially since she joined the firm. Kira has over 25 years of experience in the South Florida real estate industry. She operates all aspects of the real estate practice at F.L.A from the time of contract through closing, including residential, multi-family, and commercial purchase and sale transactions. Kira is extremely diligent in planning and organizing every aspect of the closing process. She works closely with our staff, clients, Realtors, lenders, and all other involved parties, to facilitate the timely and efficient closing of every transaction.

Jimmy S. Fuentes
Jimmy S. Fuentes serves as litigation paralegal for the Adelson Law Firm and assists with real estate transactions at F.L.A Title Guaranty Agency. Prior to joining the Adelson Law Firm in 2010, he spent more than 15 years working with prominent real estate brokerages in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Although originally brought onto our real estate team, Jimmy distinguished himself as a quick-study through his ability to learn the intricacies of litigation, probate, and estate planning. Jimmy provides paralegal support in all matters handled by the Adelson Law Firm, as well as assisting in real estate transactions of F.L.A. Title Guaranty. He prides himself on his willingness to go above and beyond for each client. Being bi-lingual in English and Spanish, combined with his knowledge of transactional and litigation matters, makes Jimmy a great resource to the firm and our clients.
